Easy White Bean Pizza Sauce
Ingredients
1 - 15 ounce can cannellini, butter beans or garbanzo beans
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves - substitute with thyme, savory, or herbs de Provence
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy, stirring down the sides as needed. Depending which bean you’re using you may need to add a little more water. This is delicious to use right away but if you have time, refrigerate and let the flavors develop for an hour or two.
Spread desired amount on a fresh or pre-made pizza crust and load on your favorite toppings.
Bake pizza as directed based on the crust you’re using.
