Walnut Horseradish Dressing

I think you’ll find the combination of these ingredients absolutely irresistible. Tangy yet sweet, it will have your tastebuds begging for more.

Ingredients

1 cup raw walnut pieces

2-3 tablespoons prepared horseradish to taste (found in the refrigerator section of your market)

4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

4 teaspoons maple syrup

2 teaspoons brown mustard

1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This is a thick consistency, if you like a thinner sauce add additional water 1 tablespoon at a time.

  2. Serve on top of a salad or as a coleslaw dressing.

  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
