Taco Seasoning
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Oregano leaves
Fajita Seasoning
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp ground Cumin
1 tbsp Oregano Leaves, regular works fine but Mexican oregano is even better
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne

2 tsp Basil Leaves
1 tsp dried Dill
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Mustard Seed, ground in spice grinder or mortar and pestle

Italian Seasoning
4 tsp Basil Leaves
1/2 tsp tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Rosemary, ground in spice grinder or mortar and pestle
1 tsp ground Sage
1 tsp ground Marjoram
2 1/2 tbsp Oregano Leaves
2 tbsp Thyme Leaves
Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
3 tablespoons ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground Ginger
2 teaspoons Nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon ground Allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon ground Cloves
Chai Spice Seasoning
2 teaspoons ground Cardamom - or substitute with 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground Allspice
2 teaspoons ground Nutmeg
4 teaspoons ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground Cloves
6 teaspoons ground Ginger
Ranch Seasoning
¼ cup Dried Parsley
1 teaspoon dried Dill
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons minced Onion
1 tablespoon dried Chives
1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Chicken Style Seasoning
1 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes (I buy mine at Trader Joes), it’s also available in the bulk section of many grocery stores
2 tablespoons Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon salt free Mrs. Dash or similar type of seasoning
2 tablespoons dried Parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Celery Salt - optional
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Savory or Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Sage
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
Instructions
All ingredients used in each seasoning blend is from dried form.
For each blend, measure ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a small jar or container, I like to use a funnel to make this step easier.
Store as you would any dried herbs and spices.
