Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Oh my goodness, this is the fastest and easiest way to make baked potatoes. They’re crispy on the outside, and

soft and fluffy on the inside. They’re absolutely amazing!

Ingredients

2-3 medium to large russet potatoes - depending on the potato size and the size of your air fryer basket, you may be able to make 4

Instructions

  1. Choose potatoes that are approximately the same size so the cooking time is similar.

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then poke them with a fork to give them a few holes to allow the steam to escape

  3. Most recipes require you to rub them with oil, but we want to avoid that, so NO oil on these

  4. Place the potatoes in your air fryer basket and set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Check them once the time goes off by squeezing, if they feel soft they’re done. If they still feel a bit firm, add an additional 10 minutes and then check them again. The time will vary depending on the size of your potatoes.

  5. Once they’re ready, safely remove them with a hot pad holder, be careful, they’re hot!

  6. Slice them open and serve with your favorite toppings. Try my Dairy-Free Cashew Sour Cream, it’s yummy!
