There’s something magical about the creamy texture of ripe avocado spread over a crunchy slice of whole grain bread, topped with fresh, vibrant veggies, and sprinkled with my favorite No-Salt Everything Bagel Seasoning. Ingredients

whole-grain bread, toasted

1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed

tomato, thinly sliced

cucumber, thinly sliced

fresh red onion, thinly sliced or pickled onions

radishes, thinly sliced

fresh greens, such as arugula, spinach, cilantro, or micro-greens

A dash of No-Salt Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.
