Oil-Free Tahini Dressing with Garlic

This tahini dressing is a must have recipe to keep on hand at all times. Use it on salads, Buddha bowls, or as a dip with your favorite veggies! It’s creamy and full of flavor so you might as well make a double batch and enjoy it all week long!

Ingredients

1/4 cup tahini

2-3 garlic cloves

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp soy sauce, tamari or coconut aminos

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1/3 - 1/2 cup water - begin with 1/3 cup as you can always add more to achieve the consistency you prefer

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. This dressing will thicken up in the refrigerator so don’t make it too runny.

  3. Give it a good stir or shake before serving.
