Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake

This easy Chocolate Milkshake recipe is thick and creamy, made in just a few minutes, with only a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

15 or so ice cubes

3/4 cup almond milk -unsweetened and unflavored

1 tablespoon vanilla

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 pitted dates

1/3 ripe banana

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend. Taste and adjust as you like…if you want more banana flavor use the entire banana. Want it sweeter, and another date or two. Want it thicker, add more ice cubes. There is no exactness to this recipe so have fun playing around!

Variations:

  • Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • Add 1 tablespoon of non-dairy chocolate chips

  • Add 1 teaspoon of flaxseed meal
