Non-Dairy Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Let me start first by saying; it doesn’t get any easier than this!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder
2 Tbsp liquid sweetener such as agave or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup dairy-free milk, I use Cashew Milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
Garnish
raspberries
strawberries
mini chocolate chips
nuts or seeds
Instructions
In a medium bowl add the cocoa powder, liquid sweetener, vanilla extract, dairy-free milk, and chia seeds. Whisk together until all ingredients are combined.
Let the mixture sit without stirring for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, give it a good whisk again.
Either leave in the mixing bowl or pour into smaller serving dishes and place in refrigerator. These can sit in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours.
Remove the chocolate pudding from the fridge an serve with your favorite garnishes.
