Shawarma Spice Blend

Ingredients

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon coriander

2 tablespoons cinnamon

2 tablespoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons powdered ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small jar or bowl, mixing well to combine. Store in a cool, dry place.
