Oil-Free Tahini Dressing with Garlic
Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
2-3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce, tamari or coconut aminos
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/3 - 1/2 cup water - begin with 1/3 cup as you can always add more to achieve the consistency you prefer
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
This dressing will thicken up in the refrigerator so don’t make it too runny.
Give it a good stir or shake before serving.
