Cashew Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
1 cup plant-based milk, unflavored and unsweetened, I prefer Cashew Milk
1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Ranch Seasoning
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Add the plant milk, cashews, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper to a blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in Ranch Seasoning and transfer to a lidded jar or squirt bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Note:
Delicious on steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, with chips and salsa, in wraps, and on salads.
For variation swap Ranch Seasoning for Greek Seasoning or Italian Seasoning.
